  • 4 Weeks

Course Overview

Traditional retirement strategies revolve around drawing down stock and bond portfolio nest eggs. What if we supplement or completely rely on alternative approaches for retirement? This course explores the risk and reward trade offs of doing things differently. We'll dive into topics including real estate investment properties, loans/leverage in retirement and consuming only dividends. As usual, we'll run the numbers from a probabilistic perspective. Time Commitment: *4-Week Consecutive Course *1.5 Hours of Class Time per Week *1.5 Hours of Homework per Week Who Should Take This Course: Anyone who has taken "Intro Retirement Bootcamp: How Much You Need Saved" or has equivalent knowledge and is curious about how alternative investments and strategies can fit into a retirement plan.
